Urban horror: St. Charles' overflow

It is rather rare for the Saint-Charles River to get out of bed at this point. However, it was the case on Sunday morning, 27 April, while the cycle path in Limoilou and Saint Roch and some of the facilities of the Saint-Roch Marina were submerged.
