Brightline’s bridge to Aventura Mall got a boost earlier this month with the completion of a utilities relocation deal with Miami-Dade. The agreement was dates April 9, and is between Miami-Dade’s Water & Sewer Department and an entity owning a parcel on the east side of Biscayne Boulevard, next to Aventura Mall.
