Vosges. Remiremont : former cream-frogger, it takes over Le Sporting, a well-known bar in the city centre

At the age of 26, Charles Peignier had already changed his life. He left his job as a crémier-fromager in Annecy to open a bar in Remiremont, his birthplace. He took over Le Sporting after Michel Guyot, at the counter for almost 30 years. The young man intends to respect the place while bringing his little touch of new things.
