VVD member Mol succeeds Kolff as mayor of Dordrecht

Nanning Mol becomes the new mayor of Dordrecht. The city council of the city of South Holland has nominated the current mayor of Laren to succeed Wouter Kolff, who quit in September last year because he became the King's Commissioner. Peter van der Velden has served as acting mayor ever since.

If it is up to the municipal council of Dordrecht, Nanning Mol will become the new mayor. This was announced during a special council meeting. Mol is currently still mayor of Laren.
