Wanted man accused of breaking a victim's nose at a party is in custody

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested Daniel Romero, 37, for his involvement in a battery incident that left a woman with a broken nose. Mora-Valdez was charged with aggravated battery causing great bodily harm, aggravated battery while in a public place and mob action.
