Mass. drug runner faces 20 years after pleading guilty in federal court
A Lawrence man pleaded guilty in a federal court in Concord, New Hampshire, after federal authorities said he took an Uber to deliver fentanyl power and oxycodone pills laced with fentanyl to an undercover agent in June 2022. Hamet Badia, 29, pleaded guilty on Monday to one count of conspiracy to distribute fentanyl, Acting U.S. Attorney Jay McCormack said in a statement. He’ll be sentenced on June 30.
