People across the province are mourning the death of prominent Indigenous leader Lawrence Joseph. Joseph spent 30-years as a public servant in the province. He served as a Prince Albert city councillor and school board trustee before his tenure as Chief of the Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations.
