Baltimore, MD – The U.S. Marshals Service has concluded a high-impact fugitive apprehension initiative aimed at combating violent crime in Baltimore and the surrounding communities. The United States Marshals Service’s Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force (CARFTF), in close collaboration with the District of Maryland, Baltimore Police Department, and other task force partners launched Operation Triple Beam (OTB) in December 2024.
