When will the expressway be fully operational? A tour around the Kii Peninsula

In mid-February, I took a car trip to the western part of the Kii Peninsula, Wakayama Prefecture, where the cold winter air still lingers. On the Wakayama side, the road changes name from Wakayama City to the Hanwa Expressway, the Yuasa-Gobo Road, the Hanwa Expressway, and the Kisei Expressway, and then to the Susami Minami IC in Susami Town near the southern tip.
