Why do the Argentine Airlines freighters fly so little?

As confirmed by Aviación News this week, the Boeing 737-800 Argentine Airlines freighters flew throughout the entire 2024 just 1,899 hours block. In other words, the two teams flew 158.25 hours per month, i.e. 5.18 hours block per day, i.e. 2.59 hours per plane per day.
