Windsor finalizes acquisition of all streetlights from Xcel Energy

Windsor has finalized the acquisition of all the remaining streetlights within town limits from Xcel Energy, taking the town one step further on its plan to enhance public infrastructure, reduce taxpayer expenses and improve maintenance operations.
