Woman charged with Reckless Driving after passing stopped school bus

GOSHEN, Ind. -- The Goshen Police Department reports officers responded to the area of Brookside Manor regarding a vehicle passing a school bus while the stop arm was extended, and children were boarding around 8:47 a.m. Tuesday.

Roberto de León, chief of the Maverick County Sheriff's Deputies, indicated that the arrested subject was identified as Luis Alvarado, 37 years old, being transferred to Tom Bowles Detention Center.
