Woman struck, killed by train in Bangs
Erica Berry, Bangs City Administrator, shared the following information via email with BrownwoodNews.com Tuesday afternoon: On Friday, February 14, 2025, at approximately 3:40 p.m., Ms. Charlotte Greenwood, of Ellis, TX, was struck by a train on the railroad crossing located at Santa Fe and South 3rd St. Ms. Greenwood succumbed to her injuries en route to the hospital in Brownwood. This is an ongoing investigation.
