Work and Research on the Medieval and Modern Northern Terracotta Production Workshops (TeR A POTS)

The collective research programme (PCR) TeR A POTS aims to define and characterize the productions of potters' workshops from the early Middle Ages to the modern era in the Belgian and Hauts-de-France territories. The objectives are to create typo-chronological tools including micro-regional repositories of technical groups, shapes and decorations and to produce up-to-date knowledge on ceramic facies covering this vast geographical area.
