"We have to let people work": bakers and florists demand the right to open with their employees on May 1st

As the Feast of Labour approaches, tensions are mounting among traders. Bakeries, florists and other small businesses ask to be able to open their shops with their employees. The legislation prohibits them from employing staff that day. Controls are reinforced to punish fraudsters.
