MONT-SAINTE-ANNE, QUE. - Canadian Eliot Grondin clinched a second straight overall snowboard cross title by finishing second in a World Cup event Saturday.

Mont-Sainte-Anne (Canada) - Radek Houser finished fourth in the final race of the Snowboardcross World Cup. In Mont-Sainte-Anne, he narrowly missed out on repeating his lifetime third place finish in the Canadian resort a year ago. The 28-year-old Czech national equaled his second-best career result, having also finished fourth in February in Cortina d'Ampezzo.

Italy's best snowboarders fought for the national titles on the traditional Faloria track in Cortina d'Ampezzo on the weekend – and from a South Tyrolean point of view it could hardly have been better.
