Yes on State Issue 2, supporting local improvements without a tax hike: endorsement editorial

Via State Issue 2, Ohioans will be asked at May 6’s primary election to renew a widely popular state bond program, dating to the 1980s, that helps counties, cities, villages and townships pay for roads and bridges, sewage-treatment plants, water lines, solid-waste-disposal facilities, and storm and sanitary sewers. As with past renewals of this issue, it’s worthy of voters’ enthusiastic support. Early voting starts Tuesday.
